Job Description

Are you interested in Advertising and Marketing and want to apply your senior level accounting background to this growing and dynamic organization? Our client an industry leader requires a Director of Finance. Reporting to the President, major responsibilities are:

• Final month end financial reports
• Monthly and quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis
• Maintain and establish relationships with financial stakeholders
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators and targets
• Supervising and mentoring staff, including creating performance objectives, and approval of key entries / reports
• Responsibility for tax and other regulatory compliance
• Responsibility for ongoing maintenance and monitoring of control procedures.
• Audit liaison

You are a designated accountant with a minimum of 10 years related experience. You have superior communication skills and are able to consistently maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Our client is looking for an adaptive entrepreneurial spirit to grow with the organization. Experience with mergers and acquisitions will be considered an asset.
