SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER – 3 MONTH CONTRACT - VIRGINIA
Our client, a leading market demand generation company in the Fairfax County, Virg area is in need of a Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant for a three month project. The successful contractor will recruit for technical positions.
Requirements:
•5 + years technical recruitment experience preferably in a consulting capacity.
•Ability to source hard to find candidates.
•Knowledge of managing vendor relationships
•Experience dealing with executive-level hiring managers is mandatory.
•Must have proven success working independently and confidently to parachute in and "make things happen."
•Able to work on-site - no virtual/off-site opportunity
