-Call Centre Background
-A balance of both customer service ability and analytical skills
-Effective ability to listen, understand and respond quickly and efficiently
-Creativity and ?out of the Box? thinking
-Experience working in a fast paced, diverse corporate environment
-Be open to shift work and flexible hours
-Resolving calls relating to various issues of a technical nature (PC's, host communications, various applications)
- Knowledgeable in resolving the technical issue at first point of contact and following the escalation process
